There were South Carolina Gamecocks recruiting stories for football, men’s basketball and baseball.

The latest edition of the VIP Room included an update on 2023 quarterback Dylan Lonergan (Snellville, Ga.) and a couple of 2023 wide receiver targets, including Christian Hamilton (Harrisburg, N.C.) and Noah Rogers (Rolesville, N.C.). Lonergan’s coach, who played at South Carolina, shared a few details about the start quarterback.

Several of the Gamecocks’ 2022 commitments were in action on Friday night. Here’s a rundown of who played and what’s on tap for Saturday.

TheBigSpur caught up with linebacker commitment Donovan Westmoreland (Griffin, Ga.). The former Georgia commitment plans to enroll at South Carolina in January.

Three-star safety Emory Floyd (Powder Springs, Ga.) is committed to the Gamecocks as a cornerback. He spoke with the entire defensive coaching staff earlier this week.

Four-star linebacker Jaishawn Barham (District Heights, Md.) shared the latest ton his recruitment right here. There were a few highlights from a preseason scrimmage, too.

247Sports released a Top 100 for the 2024 recruiting cycle on Wednesday. Hevin Brown-Shuler (Atlanta, Ga.) made the list. He also went into detail about his cookout trip to South Carolina.

Frank Martin and men’s basketball program are hosting an elite camp on Saturday. Here’s the guest list. TheBigSpur was also on hand for the Palmetto Games, to see some baseball commitments.

According to the 247Sports Composite, the South Carolina Gamecocks have the No. 20-ranked recruiting class for the 2022 cycle. They’re eight among all teams out of the SEC. Stay tuned to TheBigSpur for more coverage.
